 Reviews (Selection)

... In these pieces we are offered nothing but a happy sequence of rhythms, a strict elegance of intonations and a clear arrangement of spaces and chromatic keys; but it is enough, enough to note a sensibility, at once restrained and free, for these works to be highly suggestive... RAFAEL SANTOS TORROELLA

...Stylised paintings and drawings; outlines of gentle brushstrokes that distort, blur, become fleeting forms, evanescent, hybrid, phantasmagoric, disturbing atmosphere against which everything contracts, struggles, expands and tenses in a lacerating struggle, an attempt to escape through the open window: expression, space, longed-for liberation... JOSEP VALLÉS ROVIRA

...His paintings respond to a personal and sincere creativity and to a study of light and space. This combination gives rise to imprecise forms in soft colours and transparencies that gravitate in the space like strange organisms in transformation... MERCEDES LAZO

...Luis F. Conde did not follow the tired path of “work well done”, instead taking the path of complete and absolute professional correction, the rough path that aims to create art that emerges from the artist fully formed and that is made manifest, shaped to the rhythm of the gesture that admits no regrets nor corrections... ARNAU PUIG

...Before the demonstration of gestural purity, of graphic efficiency, of interrelation, one must remember and extend some of the precepts of the master D'Ors on the forms that fly and the forms that weigh, adding for this precise case the communicative forms, the dialoguing forms, the forms of lyrical persuasion... VICTORIAN CREMER

... in the “Estudi Tretze”, Luis F. Conde exhibits a work of a gestural character, upbeat in its rhythms and expressed in a highly personal way ... FRANCESC GALÍ

...The congratulations come not because every “avant-garde” approach must be defended at all costs, because many cases of incapacity are hidden in these types of works, but because Conde operates at a level of remarkable quality. Delicate colours crafted through suggestive brushstrokes define fleeting forms, transparent organisms, which normally populate or leave an enclosed space... ANTONIO GAMONEDA

... The spectator believes they see, or imagine, a dramatic constant as a nexus of this dualism. With a certain sense of inert space, the artist manages to create an atmosphere of tension that becomes almost painfully lyrical around these shapes, not entirely unformed... AGUSTÍ ABRIL

... On the other hand, the author is assisted by a fertile imagination like we have rarely seen; an imagination, on the other hand, that he knows how to elevate to the category of exquisite art in each piece. In Luis F. Conde, colour speaks from the depths of a repertoire of feelings... ALFONSO SALGADO

...To our modest understanding, the mixed media technique is fully adapted to his lyrical, loving, dreamlike language, of spontaneous appearance and meditated mental lucubration. His excellent drawings have also drawn our attention... MARIA TERESA CASANELLES
